We are so grateful to have found Andrea to take care of our 2 elderly, non-sociable dogs and cat. Andrea is easily the best pet care professional in the world (I don't exaggerate). When first you meet her, she comes to your home and does an entire initial pet assessment making sure she fully understands your needs and the needs of your pet. She makes sure to document food preferences, toys, and emergency contact information for you and your vet (including special instructions in case your pet becomes ill). While you're away she comes by reliably, feeding your pet, playing with your pet, and sending text messages with the status of your pet after each visit. This is a huge relief when you're away - to get up to the minute updates letting you know your pet is well-cared-for and happy. Andrea will pick up and drop of your keys if you need her to do so - she'll even pick up your mail if you'd like. I have rarely encountered such a consummate service professional and we're THRILLED to have found someone we can trust to come into our home and take wonderful care of our cat Mr. Jinx.

Andrea is GREAT! We have two dogs--one on medication, a puppy who'd never been alone before--and a cat who's very moody. Andrea took terrific care of everybody, and texted us progress reports so we wouldn't worry! Even the cat liked her. So glad to have someone we can trust!

Andrea and her family were fantastic with my dog Texas! He gets bad separation anxiety usually so I was very worried leaving him with someone I had found on the internet. However, Andrea kept me updated with text messages and pictures to assure me that he was feeling very comfortable with them. When I went to pick him up he was leaning and loving on them as if they were his owners. I recommend Andrea to everyone she did a fantastic job with my dog ..and me.
